Temporary Interruption

Unfortunately, as a result of changing FCC regulations, and the fact that the FCC has not yet approved our application to be a certified VRS provider (which we first filed over a year and a half ago), I’m very sorry to inform you that, like most VRS providers today, BIS VRS is forced to temporarily halt our offering of VRS services.

We are not going anywhere, and your favorite interpreters will be back to offer you the best service around just as soon as the FCC takes action on our application, and our many attempts to communicate with them about it.

We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience or trouble that this FCC-mandated shutdown may cause you.  Please direct all comments or complaints to http://bisrelay.net/support/, and we will be sure to forward them to the FCC.

While it may be just a few days, or as much as just a few weeks, please rest assured that we will be back to offer you services even better than before.  When we return, you can expect shorter wait times, mobile clients and more.
